Aspect x Chille Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

 

  1. The Promoter is Aspect Skincare, subsidiary of Advanced Skin Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 007 203 447) (AST) of Ground Floor, 6-8 Compark Circuit, Mulgrave VIC 3170, Australia.
  2. These terms and conditions govern participation in the Aspect X Chille Instagram Giveaway Competition (the Competition). This is a competition conducted by Aspect Skincare and Chille.
  3. Instructions on how to enter the Competition and prize information form part of these terms and conditions and can be found on the Aspect Skincare and Chille Instagram pages. Entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  4. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over 18 years of age, and who are NOT employees of Aspect Skincare, or Chille, and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are also ineligible to enter.
  5. Entries may be submitted to the Competition from 25th Aug 2024 7pm AEST until 29th August 2024 at 12PM AEST (Open Period). One (1) entry will be selected at random to win the Competition (the Winner). The Winners will be announced via Aspect Skincare and Chille Instagram stories at 7pm AEST on 29th August 2024.

Entries that do not comply with the requirements detailed above in subclauses (a), will be considered an incomplete entry and will be disqualified.

  1. Aspect Skincare’s decision is final and no correspondence or dispute regarding the Winner will be entered into.
  2. The Winner will be provided with a prize to the value of $700 that features some of Aspect Skincare and Chille best sellers. Prize will arrive via two separate shipments.
  3. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Aspect Skincare reserves the right to vary the value or the contents of the Prize.
  4. Aspect Skincare reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant that Aspect Skincare has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  5. Personal Information and Privacy
  1. All entries in the Competition will be subject to Aspect Skincare’s privacy policy which can be accessed at Aspect Store AU Site (aspectskincare.com.au)
  2. All entries in the Competition become the property of Aspect Skincare. Aspect Skincare collects personal information from entrants to conduct the Competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested.
  3. Entries may be entered into a database and Aspect Skincare may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by Aspect Skincare, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to Aspect Skincare.
  4. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of Aspect Skincare and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by Aspect Skincare for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
  5. Aspect Skincare reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition or any of its components without notice.
  6. To the extent permitted by law, Aspect Skincare is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person or to any property due to any act or omission by Aspect Skincare, its employees or agents, in connection with the Competition. Any liability of Aspect Skincare, its employees or agents is limited to the payment of the value of the prize.
